Ranch Palace Hotel - Naples

1st class fairly clean hotel and staff was extremely friendly. The room was spotless with a balcony overlooking naples, and we appreciated having access to wake-up service. The location was great - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The airport was 20 minutes drive away. The whole experience was pleasant.

Just a shame the pool was closed and the breakfast was a tad basic.

Everything was excellent. The staff is very kind and helpfull. Thanks a lot to signore Salvatore, the boss of the hotel, and his nice assistants at the reception. The hotel is well furnished. There are clean and comfortable inside. If you can't use a car the staff will bring you to a place in Naples or its neighbourhoods.

The staff at Ranch Palace Hotel were cute and helpful. They provided a complimentary shuttle service to the nearest metro station. I also enjoyed a wonderful meal with authentic local cuisine, both delicious and affordable.

Some areas could use improvement.

Ranch Palace provided us with a beautiful room in a sparkling new facility with excellent service and superb food far above and away from central Naples, but near the airport where we had to fly out from. The ability to have unlimited access to a computer with a printer allowed us to print out our boarding passes, saving us time at the airport. The hotel sent a car and driver to pick us up at the port in Naples.

The hotel seems to be in transision from an older, more worn establishment. While the rooms are beautiful, the bar and restaurant are both in charmless rooms dominated by TVs. There is one outside seating area with style and grace, another area could use the same upgrade.

The staff was polite and tried to be helpful as much as possible (all though some spoke very litlle english), especially the owner, who is there daily, did everything to satify the needs of his guests. The room was fairly big, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very remote from the center of Napoli, does not have any amenities (gym, pool, etc ) and also it lacks a decent lobby thus you really have nothing to do except watching TV in your room. The breakfast (and the restaurant itself) are OK but the selection is poor.

Excellent service from this family run hotel. Room was great with an attached lounge and nice big bathroom. Hotel restaurant serves good meals. Shuttle service on call to rione alto metro just need to ask the front desk (the boss shuttled my wife and I on 2 occasions, hows that for a pesonal touch! ^_^). hospital about 1km down the road from the hotel. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again when I head back to Napoli. thank you salvatore and giovanni. our stay was great!

Very nice staff, restaurant still open even after 10 pm. Hotel very clean.

Small parking, you have to drive carefuly to find a space.

The pool was a bummer, but garden hangouts and free shuttles made it chill. Loved the local dinner vibes with amazing views!

Location far from city center!!! Limited shuttle schedule leaving guests stranded!!! Noise from the pool area late at night!!! Inconsistent heating/cooling in rooms!!! Lack of nearby attractions makes exploring a hassle!!!

The staff was very welcoming an friendly. Always quick to offer assistance when needed.
